      Before the oxidation process is selected, the material of aluminum or aluminum alloy should be understood. Because of the quality of the material and the different components, it will directly affect the quality of the anodized aluminum products.
      For example, aluminum surface such as air bubbles, scratches, peeling, rough defects, after anodic oxidation, all defects will still be revealed. The composition of the alloy also has a direct effect on the surface appearance of the anodic oxidation.
      For example, the aluminum alloy containing 1 to 2% Mn is brown after oxidation. With the increase of manganese content in the aluminum material, the surface color after oxidation is transformed from brown to dark brown.
      The aluminum alloy containing 0.6 ~ 1.5% silicon is gray after oxidation and white gray when the silicon is 3 ~ 6%.
      The zinc content is opacification, and the chromic is golden to gray inhomogeneous hue, and the nickel is pale yellow.
      In general, only magnesium and titanium containing more than 5% of the titanium containing gold can be oxidized and transparent and bright and smooth after oxidation.
      After the selection of aluminum and aluminum alloy materials, it is natural to take into consideration the selection of the appropriate anodizing process. At present, the sulfuric acid oxidation, oxalic acid oxidation and chromic acid oxidation are widely used in China.
