      鋁板不著色的原因及處理方法

      1、膜厚不夠:處理的方法是查驗陽端氧化工藝是不是標準,看溫度,工作電壓,導電性等要素是不是平穩,若有出現異常,請相對調節標準之,如果沒有出現異常,可適度增加空氣氧化時間,確保膜厚合格。
